Home sales are up 28% year over year in Keller, with the average price up 7% to $351,638. Homes are staying on the market 30% less time, averaging 54 days on the market, than last year and there is only a 2.6 month supply of homes currently on the market in Keller, down 46% from last year (a ‘normal’ market, not a buyer’s market nor a seller’s market is considered to be a 6 month supply of homes on the market).
