The Coppell foreclosures segment of the Coppell real estate market remains relatively small. Year to date (October 17, 2009), there have been a total of 414 Coppell MLS listings that have sold. Of the 414 Coppell homes that have sold since the first of the year, only nineteen (19) of those MLS listings have been foreclosures.
The Coppell real estate market has remained much stronger than most of the other Dallas-Fort Worth suburban home markets. The median sales prices of Coppell homes actually rose all four quarters of year 2008, and has experienced relatively small decreases through the first two quarters of 2009. The Coppell foreclosures number for the first 9 1/2 months of 2009 is actually the exact same number of Coppell foreclosures sold in the first 9 1/2 months of 2008.
There Are Currently No Coppell Foreclosure Listings For Sale
The number of Coppell foreclosures currently on the market is very small. At the present time, the Coppell real estate market consists of nine (9) foreclosed properties on the market, of which only two (2) do not already have contracts on them.
