Colleyville Foreclosures

The Colleyville foreclosures portion of the Colleyville real estate market remains relatively small.  Year to date (October 22, 2009), there have been a total of 255 Colleyville MLS listings that have sold.  Of the 255 Colleyville homes that have sold since the first of the year, only eleven (11) of those MLS listings have been foreclosures.

The Colleyville real estate market has remained much stronger than most of the other Dallas-Fort Worth suburban home markets.  The median sales prices of Colleyville homes has increased the first two quarters of year 2009. The Colleyville foreclosures number for the first 9 1/2 months of 2009 is down for the number of Colleyville foreclosures sold in the first 9 1/2 months of 2008.  The year-to-date 2009 number of foreclosure sales stands at eleven (11) versus seventeen (17) for the same time frame in 2008.

The number of Colleyville foreclosures currently on the market is also very small.  At the present time, the Colleyville real estate market consists of seven (7) foreclosed properties on the market, of which only four (4) do not already have contracts on them.  The link below contains the current inventory of Colleyville foreclosures:
