Keller One Acre Lot Homes

When it comes to homes on a decent lot size, Keller one acre lot homes provide one of the largest selections in the Dallas – Fort Worth Metroplex. Everything is supposed to be ‘bigger’ in Texas, however, the vast majority of the subdivisions in the Dallas – Fort Worth Metroplex are developed utilizing 6,000 to 7,500 square feet lots.  Quantity of homes in the development appears to be more important to the builders than quantity of space between homes and leaving large backyard play area for kids (and adults).

Keller real estate is one of the few exceptions to this trend.  There are more homes on Keller one acre lots than most other communities.  The Keller one acre lot homes are about as reasonably priced as any place in the Dallas – Fort Worth Metroplex.  The least expensive home on the market, on a minimum one acre lot is priced at $149,900.00 and there are currently twenty-one (21) properties currently on the market for less than $400,000.00.  That represents about one-half of the current inventory of one acre lot homes on the market for sale in Keller, with the properties priced from there to the $2,000,000.00 range.
