Las Colinas homes for sale are typically thought to be located in one of five gated Las Colinas communities: Cottonwood Valley, Windsor Ridge/Fairway Vistas, Fox Glen, University Park or Hackberry Creek. In reality, there are other areas of Las Colinas, including University Hills, Ladera Village, Millswood Square and Vista Ridge to name a few. The newest residential development in Las Colinas is the La Villita development and I will do a specific post for it.
Las Colinas homes for sale will generally consist of approximately twice as many single family detached homes as condominiums or townhomes. The condos/townhomes listing prices will range from $70,000.00 to the $500,000 range and the single family detached Las Colinas homes will range in price from the upper $100,000.00s to the $2,500,000.00 and higher range. Las Colinas condo/townhomes will vary in age from the mid-1970s built Quail Run condos to the new construction condos in La Villita. And the single family detached Las Colinas homes for sale will range in age from the late 1960s/early 1970s built University Hills homes again to the new construction Darling Homes, Coventry Homes and Highland Homes of La Villita.
