Plano New Listings
The real estate market has been on fire in the Dallas – Fort Worth Metroplex and has turned into a seller’s market in many areas, and Plano is one the the prime areas where this is happening. The Plano real estate market is definitely in a seller’s market in most price ranges. New listings in Plano that show well and are priced accordingly are getting multiple offers and selling for over list price. However, this is still a great time to purchase a Plano home for sale. Interest rates, although they have risen lately, still remain near historic lows and even with the near 20 year lows of inventory of Plano homes for sale, the real estate market in north Texas should remain strong for the next few years, so the home you’re interested in will only get more expensive.
