If you are looking for a home on a very large lot in Plano, you will most likely be disappointed in the number of homes on Plano one acre lots. Everything is not ‘bigger’ in Texas when it comes to residential subdivision lot sizes in the Dallas – Fort Worth Metroplex. The majority of the properties are price over the $1,000,000.00 range, with the high at around $5,000,000.00, and only four (4) Plano one acre lot listings priced less than $1,000,000.00.
