Plano Real Estate

in Collin County,Plano

Plano City officials hesitate to use the word “built-out”, however, Plano has few large parcels of undeveloped land remaining to start new housing subdivisions.  As been seen in other Metroplex communities, with the expected economic rebound, Plano real estate can plan on developers choosing the higher-density housing options, i. e. townhomes and condos.

An example of this trend in Plano real estate is the new Normandy Estates subdivision in west Plano.  The development will feature European inspired design and is being built on a 75 acres tract of gently rolling terrain at the northwest quadrant of Spring Creek Parkway and Tennyson Parkway.  This new Plano real estate development will offer options for every buyer, from young professionals, to large families, to empty nesters.  The amenities will include jogging trails, a fitness center, swimming pool and an outdoor cooking area.  Plano homes can be built on one of the 55 estate lots (from 15,000 square feet up to 1.77 acres) with homes starting at the $1,600,000 range, to  49 villa home lots (homes starting in the $900,000s) to the 37 townhomes to be built, starting in the $500,000s.

Some of the top builders in the area, Bentley Premier Builders, Hawkins-Welwood, Mark Smith Custom Homes, Peckham Custom Builders and Zachary Custom Homes will be building in this newest addition to Plano real estate.  The community will be a gated-community and numerous lots have already been sold.  So, if you like to check out one of the newest developments in Plano real estate, contact me today.
